We have an opening for a Resident Engineer on a NYC construction project. The candidate should have experience in construction management preferably on city projects involving construction of roadways, sidewalks, sewers, water main. The candidate should have good communications skills and have working knowledge of change orders, payments, correspondence, and conducting progress meetings. Ability to monitor daily construction activities, quality assurance, and coordination with various city agencies are some of the requisites for this position. Candidate to be licensed professional engineer.
