  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan processing cycle.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with borrowers, providing updates on the status of their loan applications.
  • Ensure timely submission of complete loan packages to underwriting for approval.
  • Assist in preparing closing documents and coordinating loan closings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing.
