World’s largest Behavior Analytic Sports, Health, & Fitness training organization, TeamABA LLC (teamaballc.com, teamabawellness.com, teamabauniversity.com) is seeking a Registered Dietitian Licensed in the Victorville area to work collaboratively with our staff of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are certified nutrition coaches. Collaboratively, they will provide scientific based nutrition counseling to promote significant behavior changes in diet, to a client base consisting of intellectually disabled adults in the Inland Empire area. The ideal candidate must be able to:

  • Hold current a license and certification in the state of California if applicable.
  • Must be able to do in person consultation and teletherapy.

JOB TYPE: Part time, Contract

SALARY: $40-$45/HR

WORK LOCATION: Victorville, Oak Hills, CA

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nutrition assessments with clients and their direct support staff.
  • Write treatment plans with the assistance of our staff Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Conduct direct training sessions with client's support staff through formal training sessions combined with weekly check-ins through telehealth or phone and quarterly onsite visits.
  • Provide counseling and education directly to clients through formal sessions, weekly check-ins and quarterly onsite visits.
  • Tracking and documenting outcomes into the Electronic Medical Record
  • Developing individual menus for clients based on treatment plan goals
  • Developing resources to support education efforts.
  • Maintaining professional competency and skills required for professional practice.
  • Work independently on a flexible 10 hour work week to start.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • B.S., B.A., or M.A. Graduate of an ACEND-accredited nutrition/dietitian program

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Current RD/RDN License, in good standing with state licensing board.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of industry researched best practices application and stays current with continuing education
  • Prefer Electronic Medical Record experiences
  • Skill in oral and written communication
  • Ability to time manage and work independently
  • Prefer experience with onboarding process and expanding business’
  • Bilingual (prefer English and Spanish)
