Join Our Team as a Painter at Our Sign Shop

Are you passionate about painting and have a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We're seeking a talented Painter to join our sign shop team under the direction of the Shop Supervisor.

What You'll Do:

Essential Functions:

• Prep and paint various custom sign products with precision and care.
• Utilize HVLP spray guns; auto body painting experience is a plus
• Maintain inventory control of paint and supplies necessary for the job.
• Follow MSI Respiratory policy and proper respirator usage.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with shop staff and supervisory personnel.
• Identify and report safety hazards to supervision.
• Train new employees on department tasks and shop equipment (radial arm saw, band saw, shear).
• Collaborate efficiently with team members on various projects.
• Take on any other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid WI driver's license to operate company vehicles.
• Proficient use of senses (speech, hearing, vision) for daily tasks.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Hourly Pay: $20-$24 based on experience and knowledge.
• Schedule: 40-45 hours per week, first shift. Some Saturday overtime required during heavy workloads. Overtime paid after 40 hours.
• Working Conditions: Work inside the sign shop area with exposure to various temperatures, noises, hazards, and atmospheric conditions. Personal Protective Equipment provided for all necessary tasks.
