Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Farm Tractor Operator to work at a company located in the Fellsmere, FL area
The world’s largest grower of distinctive leafy greens, including watercress, arugula, spinach, and ong choy.
Job Essentials:
- Works as lead man and general farm laborer on the farm; performs various farm work duties as
directed by supervisor including preparation, farm maintenance and other specialized duties.- Drives and controls farm equipment to till soil and plant, cultivate, fertilize, and harvest crops.
- Operates heavy equipment to maintain farms roads, and in cutting ditches, pushing trees, and
clearing and leveling land for use in farming operations.
- Maintains irrigation operation and irrigation maintenance.
Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hr. Hours: Flex days, Flex hours morning 6am-work is done
