Description of Role:

We are seeking a Temp to Hire administrative assistant for the Member Benefits Program as part of the Communications Team. This position will support the program by developing marketing materials, tracking vendor contracts, processing and tracking royalties and answering program inquiries. This opportunity supports a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate marketing materials for the Member Benefits Program, including materials for sponsored events.
  • Work with the website team to maintain and update the Member Benefits Program website.
  • Track royalty payments.
  • Respond to member and vendor inquiries.
  • Process mailing list requests.
  • Maintain department files.
  • Process new and existing member benefit vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate other member benefits projects as needed.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 years of related experience
  • Must have knowledge in digital marketing and be able to use various programs like PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, excel, word. Social media a huge plus.
  • Must have excellent customer service and be able to multi-task
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel), and PowerPoint, Canva and Photoshop.
  • Some travel may be required.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Temp to Hire opportunity
