The Job Coach / Lead Worker is responsible for maintaining production and helping others to complete their tasks.

We prefer that the Job Coach / Lead Worker has experience working with adults with disabilities.

Essential duties include:

  • Coach and help assemble medical devices.
  • Provides a positive role model in the workplace for the client in all situations and treats the client with respect and dignity.
  • Trains the client in all skills necessary to perform the job. This is not limited to only vocational skills but may include mobility training (destination training), safety training, social skills, accessing community resources, behavior management, etc.
  • Ensures client’s job performance meets or exceeds host employer expectations.
  • Completes all job required paperwork in a neat, accurate, and timely fashion.

Full-Time position. M-F 8 AM - 4 PM
