Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned cases within a team environment.
- Conduct legal research and analyze key issues.
- Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
- Motion practice and court appearances.
- Case development to efficiently provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
- Conduct depositions and witness interviews.
- Trial preparation and managing a variety of experts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active membership in a current state bar.
