Contractor is searching for a Junior Draftsperson.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist drafting manager in processing and auditing contracted construction projects by creating and editing CAD files per their instructions and company standards
  • Perform clerical and other office based duties on behalf of the Drafting Manager as needed
  • Work with the Production Manager and Design team members as needed to process redlined drawings and other edits
  • Learn and assist the Drafting Manager in applying for building permits and health permits as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (At Least 1 Year)
  • Paper space and Model Space
  • DXF conversion
  • 2D & 3D Details
  • Strong Word and Excel skills
  • Construction industry and pool drafting experience a plus
  • Google suite and Dropbox experience a plus

Hours: M-F 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/ hr based on experience.
