Growing manufacturing company located in Brea, CA is hiring a new Tooling /Stamping Engineer to add to their Engineering team. this is a full time permanent position working daily onsite in Brea, CA. Fun company culture with excellent salary and benefits package. 

OVERVIEW:

This role involves designing progressive, compound dies and overseeing manufacturing processes for stamping machines. Responsibilities include developing and improving manufacturing methods, designing metal stamping dies, researching and designing manufacturing processes, analyzing workforce utilization, estimating production times and costs, applying statistical methods, and addressing customer inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5+  years of metal stamping experience
  • GD&T
  • Tooling design experience (progressive dies preferred)
  • Solidworks experience
  • Critical-thinking skills
  • Great communication
