We have a wide variety of work in different fields so extensive experience in any of these specified fields w/ an ability and eagerness to learn parts of the others makes you a solid candidate for this job.

We are looking for someone who has the listed credentials above and has an open mind to do other things and has some experience in the two choices below:

Industrial Mechanics: Example would be working on our company owned vehicles, working on rental generators & welders. Job entails servicing and repairing construction equipment including engine systems. Some of the jobs you would be doing would be:
• Company owned vehicles, service oil, filters etc, brake jobs, service injectors, rear axle seals, shocks etc.
• Welders, take units down off shelf & prep for rental, start run and load test rentals when they come back in from rent, service units, put on trailers & take off trailers
• Generators service oil, filters, load test, prep for rentals, change wiring configuration for different outgoing voltages


Residential and Commercial Building Maintenance, examples would be prepping residential rental houses and apartments for rent, and repairing all things necessary to get units ready for rent. We are looking for a super handyman type with experience in as many of the jobs listed below as possible. Types of work you would be performing for this classification would be:
• Residential Painting
• Cleaning: Spotlessly clean, stoves, refrigerators, bathrooms, rugs, floors, counter tops and cabinets
• Plumbing: sweat pipes, repair leaks, change faucets, change closet valves, change supply lines, replace disposals, change toilets
• Appliances: service and repair and replace all appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, washers & dryers
• Floors, wash rugs, pull rugs, lay underlayment and floor prep, lay flooring
• Clean Grounds, pick up trash, mow grass, cut weeds
• Air Conditioning & Furnace: Service and repair including replace filters, clean A coils, Change Contractors, Change motors, troubleshoot problems, Recharge systems

Applicant must also have
• All Tools Necessary and required to do specified jobs, and a willingness to buy new tools when necessary.
• Flexibility in Job Duties
• Be willing to Work Overtime if needed
• Have a Clean Driving Record
• Take and Pass a Pre-employment drug test, and remain on a blind call drug consortium during employment
• Have a clean Personal Record w/ no convictions
• Have a Great attitude

We need a great employee with a great attitude and we are willing to pay an above average wage to get one. After 6 months you will be reviewed for the first time, then again in another 6 months. When we decide your knowledge and work ethic is positive and you have not been tardy at the start of the day and have worked the hours you are suppose to you will be evaluated. First you will be evaluated on whether you have proven yourself to be self motivated, with an outstanding job performance and with a proven ability to perform your tasks independently and accurately with a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who can attain this goal within the first 2 evaluations. At that time you will be automatically be put on our Quarterly Incentive Raise Program. You can attain performance raises. A performance raise is given when the company feels you have become an integral part of the company and your growing responsibility and duties and your excellent management of those duties warrant a pay raise above and beyond the quarterly raises. One example of a performance raise would be us providing you with a company owned vehicle which is limited to job use only and your fuel would be paid by us.
