Primary Purpose

You will be responsible for the complete customer experience, including 100% customer satisfaction, proper image, diagnosis of, and providing expedient solutions for customer problems. This role description describes the details.

Basic Job Function:

1. The installation of residential HVAC heating and cooling systems, hydronic, zoning systems and other related installations.

2. The installation of ductwork and duct systems.

3. Leading and training an Assistant Installer.

4. Offer products and services that solve our customer’s specific comfort needs.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean record.

2. Universal Refrigerant Certification

3. NATE Air Conditioning Service, Gas Heating Service, Universal refrigerant certification. *** We offer training programs for NATE Certification. ***
