Install and repair plumbing systems in apartments and multi-family housing  
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute plumbing projects
- Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete plumbing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting as required for equipment and materials
- Weld pipes and fittings as needed
- Utilize your maintenance person skills to perform general maintenance tasks
- Build new plumbing systems or modify existing ones based on project requirements
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople as needed

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Experience using power tools and hand tools for plumbing tasks
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required for the job
- Skilled in welding pipes and fittings
