Warehouse Associate Position

Job Summary:
Are you skilled at maneuvering through the intricacies of warehouse operations? Do you take pride in the accuracy and efficiency of your work, especially when it involves handling shipments for UPS/FedEx, managing raw material intake, and ensuring smooth logistic processes? If yes, this company invites you to step into the role of a Warehouse Associate, where your expertise in shipping, receiving, and forklift operations will be deeply valued.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pick and process shipments for UPS/FedEx, ensuring all packages are ready for transport.
  • Actively participate in the loading activities of UPS/FedEx trucks, optimizing space and securing cargo.
  • Receive incoming raw materials, verifying quantities and quality to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Handle LTL (Less Than Truckload) orders, preparing them for shipment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Operate forklifts for loading/unloading trucks, adhering to safety protocols and SOPs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Strong Computer Skills: Ability to navigate shipping software and maintain digital records with precision.
  • Forklift Proficiency: Hands-on experience with forklifts and other warehouse machinery, supported by proper certification.
  • Independence in Work: Confidence in your ability to work autonomously, backed by a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Physical Capability: Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Experience & Education: A high school diploma (or equivalent) paired with 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or similar warehouse roles.
