JOB OPENING: Associate Litigation Attorney - Family Law Department

Location: Murray, Utah

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, and child support cases.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and orders.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Prior experience in family law or litigation is a plus, but not required.
