Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. The physician will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and manage patient treatment plans.
- Provide preventative care services including screenings, immunizations, and health education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain professional competence.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: Salary Plus RVU /make upwards to $300K
- Bonus Structure: RVU based Comp with No Cap

Practice Profile:
- Located in beautiful and highly desirable Panama City Beach
- Family Medicine Practice with some element of urgent care in the beginning.
- Ideal patient load is 18-22 patients daily.
- Birth to grave population.
- No OB/GYN required.
- Good organization with a family feel, not a corporate environment. Focused on the most important thing, patient care.
- EMR migration to Epic in 2025 from Allscripts.
Requirements
Residency Trained Family Med. (preferred) or IM/Peds
Specialty: Family Medicine – Will look at IM/Peds.
Board Certification:
ABFM or Board eligible if new grad. IM/Peds
State Medical License: FL
Years of Experience: Open to residents
Salary Description
Up to $300k annually (salary + RVU)
