ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a detail-orientated and well-organized manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing field operations and support staff for the day-to-day activities in performance of our services. This position will report directly to Executive Management.

Candidates must possess a strong ability to lead and manage multiple teams, a positive attitude, be able to analyze information and think systematically, pursue both tactical and strategic excellence, and the ability to work well in high volume situations while remaining flexible to immediate needs. Mastery of software and systems are critical job requirements as are strong communication skills. Experience in the construction/environmental or services industry is preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out the efficient performance of all aspects of office, field, project and warehouse operations, directing multiple teams including up to 100 field personnel and staff.
  • Ensure quality control best-practices are followed in all services performed through daily contact, coordination, and use of system data, and that Operations records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Minimize errors and areas of inefficiencies, recommending operational improvements to Management.
  • Responsible for timely notification to appropriate entities/agencies as needed in the course of our scheduling services.
  • Effect the efficient and smooth coordination of all Operations activities with other Company departments.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continual monitoring and balance of labor utilization with production.
  • Review reports for trends and areas of improvement, making recommendations to Management.
  • Other duties as directed by Executive Management

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five to ten years' experience in a management capacity in the construction or engineering industry, including planning and executing operational goals.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
  • MSOffice experience, technologically adept with CRM/SaaS and vendor portals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
