M M Wayne Logistics LLC is seeking experienced and reliable Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers to join

our transportation team. As a Box Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and

timely delivery of goods to our customers. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent

driving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

*Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL box truck to make deliveries and pickups as

assigned.

- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.

- Plan routes and navigate to various destinations using GPS or other navigation tools.

- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the road.

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safe operation.

- Communicate with dispatch and customers to provide updates on delivery status and

address any issues or concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all

times.

*Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license (non-CDL) with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience as a box truck driver or similar position preferred.

- Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.

- Ability to operate a box truck safely and efficiently, including backing up and

maneuvering in tight spaces.

Experience driving a 26ft box truck with lift gate

- Be physically fit and strong to handle loading and unloading cargo.

-MUST have a valid DOT Medical Card or be able to pass DOT Physical

- MUST be drug free and willing to take random drug tests.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
