St. John's has a full-time, permanent position within the social service department of its RTC program. If your desire is to help those less enfranchised and in need of additional support/ service, this is for you.

This position works Mon-Fri, day shift w/ some evenings/weekends as needed

Education Requirement: Minimum of MSW or MA degree in field of human services or related concentration, w/a minimum 1-year of case planning, preferably in a congregate setting. Knowledge of child welfare is a plus

Overview: The WF supervisor supports fair futures, life coaches and social service liaisons by providing supervision and guidance related to the academic and career development needs of resident youth. This role is critical to the department and works in partnership with RTC residential staff, as well as external resource providers and partners and supervises directly/indirectly approximately five to seven social service staff. Implements and adheres to providing a strength-based, trauma informed work environment where both staff and residents, alike, are excelling. Assumes responsibility for the successes and failures of program, staff and resident status by providing supervision, guidance and role modeling.
