Job DescriptionJob Description

Reports directly to the owners and manages the activities of all food areas, both in the Back and Front of the house. Responsible for those (if any others) engaged in preparing and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and any other culinary offerings served in various ways.

As the Chef, you are responsible for all the plates served and the building/creating of menus.

You need to be creative on the provide quality food while meeting profit metrics.

You may be required to perform any other job-related duties the owners assign.

Duties and responsibilities are expected to be performed by following the Company's and State's Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
