We are seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney to become a part of our team You will primarily represent clients in family-based and humanitarian immigration case matters.  

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Manage, under supervision by Partner, your own case load and clients. 
  • Maintain contact with clients about pending and new matters.
  • File necessary paperwork for clients before USCIS, Department of Labor, and the Immigration Court
  • Preparing clients for interviews and hearings, along with any evidence that may need to be presented on their behalf. 
  • Supervise legal assistants--review their work and manage their time through regular case review meetings.

​​Qualifications:

  • Bar License in at least one state
  • At least one year of experience in immigration law
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients (in person and via televideo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Spanish/English bilingual (preferred)
