Black Car Service- Dispatcher

We are a high-end successful Black car service company that has been in business for over 10 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic dispatcher to join our team.

We are looking for a serious professional to be part of our onsite/remote office team. You should be an independent, dynamic team player to work with our company-owned luxury vehicles and high-profile clientele.

The perfect candidate works well with others, is detail oriented, industrious, dependable, flexible with scheduling and is knowledgeable in computers. You should be well spoken with excellent phone and communications skills, be well groomed and have a neat appearance. You should also have a positive attitude and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming ride requests and inquiries from clients.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers to client locations.
• Manage daily transportation schedule.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing necessary information and updates.
• Monitor driver’s locations and ensure timely arrival to client locations.
• Maintain accurate records; driver’s trips, dispatch activities, and driver availability.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery processes.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using dispatching software and communication tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Salary: DOE

Schedule:

• Varying shifts, mornings, afternoons, and nights, weekends

Experience: Willing to train the right person

Work Location: In person and Remote

Education:

• High school or equivalent

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

 

This is the perfect position for someone who is looking for some part time work and or is looking for additional work.  We have an office in Lake Oswego, as well as PDX Airport.  There is also the ability to work remotely as well.  There are times that you will need to dispatch overnight but the work is usually minimal.
