Position Overview

Minimum starting wage $20.00 per hour. Higher if you come to us with prior experience. Bonus potential up to $12,000.00 annually. An opportunity you won’t want to pass up, we only have two positions available. Hours are great Monday thru Friday, typically from 7am to 3:30pm. We understand the importance of your weekends being free for Family & Friends. Year-round employment. That’s right, we will not lay you off in winter or make you do snow removal. If you are hard-working, reliable, and willing to learn, this could be your career. We will train you to obtain the knowledge and skill to professionally care for trees and turf.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree pruning, and removals with precision and professionalism.
• Identify and diagnose diseases, pests, and other issues affecting trees and lawns.
• Implement appropriate treatment plans, including fertilization and pest control, to address problems and promote tree and lawn health.
• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including chainsaws, stump grinders, and aerial lift trucks, with utmost professionalism and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Perform lawn care tasks such as fertilizing and aerating with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Keep accurate records of services provided, materials used, and work completed on each property.
• Exhibit professionalism at all times, including punctuality, proper appearance, and clear communication with clients and fellow team members.

Requirements

• Strong physical endurance and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members
