Job DescriptionJob Description

Title: Floating Leasing Agent

Reports to: Area Manager

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:

-Leasing apartments

-Prospective resident follow up

-Positive resident relations

-Taking resident work orders

-Distributing work orders to maintenance team

-Light administrative work i.e. filing, answering phones, typing leases and lease renewals, preparing move in packets, and collecting laundry income.

Some Saturday work required
