Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking several Cleaning and General Laborers to join our team You will be responsible for unit final cleanings after construction is complete and/or general labor tasks. These are temporary, full-time positions. The project is expected to continue for approximately three months.

Responsibilities:

  • Remove all job-related debris from each unit and building.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and bathrooms.
  • Units must pass final inspection by project manager.
  • Installation of small finish carpentry tasks (door handles, towel bars, etc...)

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have own transportation to the project site.
  • Must reside in one of these counties: Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Westchester
