VIE HEALING is looking for positive, energetic person to provide exceptional customer service and ensure our guests have friendly and meaningful experiences. Enhance the guest's experience at the spa in order to achieve our mission by adhering to the standards. To consistently provide exceptional, personalized services to our locals and guests.

The Requirements:

  • Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for locals and guests.
  • Knowledge of and experience in performing excellent tailored massages
  • Be prepared to assist guests by anticipating their needs.
  • Personalize each service to accommodate guests' individual needs.
  • Follow established protocol to provide consistent, excellent service.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of shift to prepare.
  • Be extremely knowledgeable and be able to accurately describe and sell services and products offered at the Spa.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization and restocking of your treatment room. including sheets/towels, product organization, implements, the storage area and other areas in guest view.
  • Prepping treatment rooms for the arrival of next practitioners
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment in treatment rooms.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality.

Job Type: Part-time, flexible hours

Salary: $30-35 / hour
