In-Home sales: Kitchen Cabinet Refacing

RIHI is a full-service Kitchen and Bath Remodeling company specializing in residential remodeling. We have been family-owned and operated for 75 years. Our mantra is to give our customers a red carpet experience paired with the carefree, start-to-finish process we are known for.

Due to the high demand for Kitchen Cabinet Refacing, we are currently seeking two experienced, professional sales consultants to join our team. This is a full-time position offering Top compensation, including salary, commissions, bonuses, and an extensive benefits package. The income potential is $175,000+ with commission.

Qualified candidates must successfully guide our customers through the selection process, assess their needs, answer questions, provide a great experience, and close the sale.

Qualifications:

  • Prior in-home kitchen sales experience
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Possess good computer skills.
  • Ability to navigate a conversation to close the deal
  • Must be able to pass a background screening
