Job Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Production Workers to join our team. This role requires individuals who are capable of performing physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The production Worker will play a vital role in the food production process, encompassing batching, weighing, cleaning, sanitizing, and packing of finished products.

General Accountabilities

Batching: Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to provided recipes and production schedules.

Weighing: Utilize scales and other measuring equipment to ensure precise measurements of ingredients.

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment, work areas, and utensils to comply with SQF standards and ensure food safety.

Packing: Package finished products efficiently and accurately, following established packaging guidelines and quality standards.

Adherence to SQF Standards: Follow all SQF guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest level of product quality.

Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, reporting any deviations or issues to supervisors promptly.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 30lbs without assistance and up to 60lbs with assistance.
Experience: Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.
Reliability: Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Safety Awareness: Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety standards.
