Duties:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with software installations, configuration, and upgrades.
- Inputs and creates all customer receivers, shipments, assessorial and title transfers.
- Conduct routine backups and ensure data integrity.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Monitor network activity and implement security measures to protect against threats.
Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in computer Technology or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of one year in Basic Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with computer
hardware, software, and networks is essential.
- Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are crucial for assisting users and
collaborating with other IT professionals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and stay updated with new technologies.
