Outside Marketing Manager. Perfect fit for those that need flexible working hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM during the week and Saturday availabilities also We go door-to-door around our job sites to offer homeowners free home improvements price quotes and information for our sales team to follow up with. Manage a team of field marketers and track performance. Promoting our top-rated customer service helping homeowners remodel their decks, fences, windows, siding, bathrooms and kitchens. Initiate the sales process by passing out flyers and scheduling free estimate appointment for our sales team.

• Guaranteed base pay $45K to $70K, yearly and paid training.
• Generous bonuses program paid above base pay. Bonuses may bump pay up to $75K-$175K.

Qualifications:

-Proven track record of consistent attendance.

-Willingness to study and memorize presentation scripts to recite.

-A valid driver license.

-Physical requirements include:

• Walking and standing up to 5 hours a day.
• Walking up possible hills and steps in local neighborhoods.
• Being outside and exposed to hot and cold environments.
• Carrying fliers, brochures & marketing materials
