Engine Power Components is an IATF 16949 certified, global leader in camshaft design and production. We serve a worldwide customer base and supply many diverse market segments. If it has an engine, we probably supply a camshaft for that application. We service heavy duty on and off-road markets, marine and recreational vehicles, light duty trucks, passenger cars, motorcycles, auxiliary power units, racing and high-performance vehicles, and large high horsepower applications for large ships, locomotives, mining equipment and power generation. As IT Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement information systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and enhance system performance.
  • Conduct system testing and validation procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Document system processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Areas of ownership:

  • Design, development, and implementation of timely, accurate, efficient, secure, reliable, and effective business systems, including:
    1. Enterprise Resource Planning
    2. Tracking and Traceability
    3. Production and Labor
    4. Key Performance Indicators
    5. Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Office 365
    6. Security
    7. Backup and Disaster Recovery
    8. Infrastructure
  • Supporting after-hours as needed for disruptions
  • Work with all internal and external IT resources within budget Constraints.

As an ideal candidate for IT Business Systems Manager, you would:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role, ideally 2-5 years.
  • Strong understanding of information systems and software development.
  • Proficiency in systems analysis and design techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Modest knowledge across the full range of IT and software specialties, including cybersecurity, programming languages, database management, servers and virtualization technologies, networking, and communication protocols.
