Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Helena, AL

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive base pay + commission

Responsibilities:

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

- Grow sales revenue by utilizing sales strategies and techniques

- Maintain knowledge of new products and services to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience (insurance sales experience preferred but not required)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Must be motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
