Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a well-established, reliable commercial real estate company seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Knowledge of installing, troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on HVAC water source heat pumps
  • Responsible for interior and exterior electrical lighting functions to include changing/replacing switches, outlets, ballast fixtures, in addition to maintaining emergency lighting
  • Responsible for plumbing functions to include repair/replacement of flappers, handles, flush valves, fill valves, wax rings, fixtures, and faucet cores
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
