We are looking for a tax processor/admin assistant for this upcoming tax season. The job would begin at the end of January (last week of January for training and begin work beginning of February) through April 2021. The duties associated with this position would be as follows:

  • Scanning client workpapers
  • Preparing client tax return deliverables, which would include preparing payment vouchers, envelopes, and client instruction letters
  • Mail
  • Filing
  • Other administrative assistance

We are looking for someone with previous office experience, proficient in Microsoft office (word and excel), hard-working and flexible.
