Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Spray Foam Technician at Raise Right, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation to various residential and commercial projects. Your attention to detail, knowledge of insulation techniques, and ability to work efficiently will be essential in delivering high-quality results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for spray foam insulation application by cleaning and repairing as needed
- Mix, prepare, and apply spray foam insulation using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Ensure proper coverage and thickness of insulation
- Create seals around windows, doors, and other openings using foam insulation
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired foam texture and consistency
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with project teams and customers to ensure insulation requirements are met
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Spray Foam Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of spray foam insulation techniques and equipment
- Ability to interpret project specifications and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- OSHA certification is a plus
