The Capital Specialist/Junior Asset Accountant will help the organization structure and allocate the financial resources. will serve as an advocate for the financial success of an organization by evaluating proposals, recommending changes, redistributing funds, and preparing reports.

Responsible for a variety of research tasks to inform investment strategy make investment decisions for their company or clients. This role is data-intensive and require mathematical and analytical skills.

Hybrid work environment; in office on Tuesday and Wednesday

  • Review request from club managers on capital/improvement request (i.e. I need $30k to resurface tennis courts, etc. need new golf carts, repairs, maintenance, HVAC, etc.
  • They are dealing with facility improvements and equipment replacement due to weather and storm damage.
  • Determine budget approval.
