Job Description
- General accounting: Assist with A/R and A/P teams on data entry, filing and organizing documents, and mailing out physical invoices and checks.
- General accounting: Assist with A/R team on collection of past due invoices.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general office duties, such as answering and forwarding phone calls
- Generate return labels for part orders
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities may be required as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate degree, Entry level, 1+ year of administrative/office/clerical experience
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills; some knowledge of X3 will be a plus
Qualifications
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently and proactively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must work independently and complete duties with minimum supervision
