Big Sky Dog Wash in Billings, MT, is seeking skilled sales professionals to join our team. This in-office role, from Monday to Friday, involves national sales through phone and video conferencing. It's important to note that this is not cold calling, as the individuals we connect with have already shown interest in Big Sky Dog Wash.

We offer a competitive salary, commission, and comprehensive benefits. This position requires two years of sales experience and proficiency in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage leads

  • Conduct phone and video conferencing sales calls

  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Successfully generate business from new and existing customer accounts

  • Manage the process from lead to close

  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers (for repeat sales)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of quota-based sales experience

  • A results-driven achiever comfortable in a busy manufacturing sales environment

  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Close at least 5 unit sales a month
