Job description

  • Answers a multi-line telephone system and takes in-coming calls from customers.
  • Makes outbound calls to book appointments for maintenance checks as well as help coordinate the installation and sales team.
  • Receives office visitors.
  • Assists with dispatching technicians and installers.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Maintains communication and coordination of service and installation teams.
  • Prepares installation packets for the next day’s installation.
  • Pulls mechanical permits and calls in inspections as required.
  • Orders equipment and materials for projects.
  • Completes purchase orders and enter invoices and payments.
  • Participates in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in service (repairs/maintenance) work would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated work history showing increased responsibility and professional growth.
  • Minimum 3 years of call center or dispatching experience desired.
  • Excellent listener and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office.
  • Adept at learning new tasks and open to training for new skills.
  • Must have high attention to detail and consistent follow-up on issues when required.
  • Excellent math, verbal, written, and superb interpersonal skills are needed when in contact with customers and other employees.
