DIRECT HIRE, Bilingual Leasing Specialist

Savannah, GA- Wilmington Island

Hours: 8-5 or 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday

  • This position is responsible for marketing and showing properties, quality control and inspections, tenant meet and greets, and managing owner and tenant renewals.  
  • Schedule and conduct in-person showings of available properties
  • Schedule open houses as needed for new rental properties 
  • Coordinate with property owners prior to end of tenant leases on rental prices for the upcoming lease renewal term
  • Communicate4 with tenants 60- days prior to end of lease 
  • Take property photos and videos for website
  • Execute all vendor lockbox setups and removals, showing lockbox setups and removals, and lockbox monthly inventory and maintenance. 
  • Place and remove on-property marketing material inside units as well as yard signage

Requirements: 

  • 2 year's of related work experience
  • Property Management experience preferred 
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English required
  • Flexibility to work between two office locations 
  • Ability to work within multiple software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
