Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) looking for a flexible and fulfilling remote position? We are seeking skilled LPCs to deliver exceptional care through telehealth platforms, ensuring our clients receive the support they need from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver effective therapy.
  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
  • Provide prevention-oriented therapy.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and significant others, using communication skills to engage them in treatment.
  • Implement and review treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment through organization, assessments, and feedback.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree required.
  • Active LPC or LCSW license in Texas.
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Skilled in working with adult, child, and adolescent populations.
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop mutual trust and rapport with patients.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in telehealth technology and comfortable with virtual counseling platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of client care.
