· Daily/weekly meetings with landscape design team
Coordinates multiple projects at the same time
Lead your team to successful conclusions
Manage safety on jobsites
Experienced with all landscape equipment
Good communicator
Oversees purchasing of materials for projects; oversees renting equipment as needed
Provides training and mentoring of crew leaders and crews
Meets daily/weekly with sales and design team
Makes regular site visits to review work with crews and customers
Works daily with crews on job progress, change orders, documentation of work
Works with crews to insure proper productivity, site cleanliness, and safe conditions
Application Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in the landscape industry
- Ability to manage a budget
- Ability to job cost
- Ability to produce a schedule and follow it
- A Leader with the ability to train crews
- Understand basic computer skills (excel, word, e-mail)
- Have the skills to learn, adapt and understand Aspire software
- Ability to operate a truck and trailer as well as back it up
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and landscape construction methodology
- Leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate staff
- Organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints
