Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Summary: We are a property maintenance company seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of areas including carpentry, mechanical aptitude, sheetrock/paint, demo, hardware, tile, flooring, and more. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate if needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards. This is a full-time position, with competitive compensation and benefits.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and repairs

·       Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, mechanical repairs, sheetrock/paint, demo, hardware, tile, flooring, and more

·       Perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances as needed

·       Coordinate with outside contractors for larger repair projects

·       Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed

 

Requirements:

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Experience in property maintenance and repair preferred, but not required

·        Ability to learn and perform a variety of maintenance tasks

·        Strong mechanical aptitude

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
