Looking for energetic team players who specialize in groundskeeping. Able to mow, landscape, community clean up, maintenance and janitorial duties. Will also learn to snow plow, shovel, and salt. Must be able to pick up at least 25 lbs. Will also learn to work on home preparations and other various duties assigned by Manager.
