Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Tech Foreman to join our team. As a Commercial HVAC Service Tech, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems

- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in a timely manner

- Install new HVAC systems according to specifications

- Respond to emergency service calls and provide quick and effective solutions

- Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided


Qualifications:

-Must have experience installing HVAC control systems

- Must be familiar with environmental controls and flow rates

- Must have led crews installing environmental conditioning/HVAC systems in data centers (example: Facebook/Google/Apple/etc.)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Tech

- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Must possess a minimum of OSHA10, but prefer OSHA30

-Familiar with IP&D drawings and plans
