Location: Largo, Florida
Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Fridays 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM; off every other Friday

Play a critical role in electronic manufacturing when you become an Assembler II for a leading manufacturer in Largo, FL. As the Assembler II, you will perform advanced-level assembly functions working under minimal supervision, working with tools and materials. Assembler II New Role:
· As the Assembler II, you will work under minimal supervision on duties and tasks that are frequently non-routine adapting procedures, techniques, tools, materials and / or equipment.
· Perform advanced level-assembly functions, which may include prep, mechancial, harness, cable, printed circuit board sub-assemblies, spray application, and inspection, typically working from models and / or drawings, within production
· Perform soldering and installation of components to contract specifications, using a wide range of tools and equipment
· Interpret blueprints, process flow instructions and other written or verbal instructions
· Responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule, within budget and to SPC standard practices
· Must be trained across all assembly stages, work w/ Engineering to build 1st articles by interpreting print/specifications with no process provided and the ability to interpret/assemble all units in department
What You Need to be an Assembler II:
· High school or GED
· 2 years' an Electronic Assembler, soldering and mechanical knowledge and experience
· Ability to use various measurement devices and hand tools (calipers, pin gauges, go/no-go gauges, etc) to verify mechanical part compliance
· Experience reading mechanical drawings and able to verify parts dimensions against drawing requirements
· Knowledge of inspection: in-process, final and source; allocate partial points 3-point in-process, 3-point final; 4-point source
