1.            Assisting our clients with understanding the Invisa-RED’s non-invasive Laser weight loss, body contouring, cellulite elimination, stretch mark fading and skin tightening services.

2.            Conducting face to face consultations

3.            Performing Invisa-RED™ treatments

4.            Presenting plan of action to reach their health and wellness goals.

5.            Assisting our clients with nutrition products instructions

6.            Presenting financial plan of care

What is Invisa-RED laser technology?

Invisa-RED™ is the industry leader for non-invasive body contouring devices and services. The class 3B laser have been placed in over 1,000 offices nationwide with more than 250,000 procedures completed. Invisa-RED™’s cutting-edge technology, specialization and experience allow us to deliver life changing results as well as amazing client feedback.

Responsibilities and Duties

1.            Meet with new and existing clients to determine realistic goals, matching the appropriate treatment plans with our non-surgical body contouring solutions.

2.            Introduce and review nutritional instruction that compliments their care to ensure the best results.

3.            Provide value and educate our clients regarding our approach, the treatments, and our processes, including all documentation and financing/payment options available.

4.            Face-to-face financial consultations

5.            Manage the appropriate follow up with the client to ensure a great experience leading up to and through treatments.

6.            Maintain and develop a client pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective clients who did not move forward in their initial consultation.

7.            Performing treatments as a certified Invisa-RED™ Technician

Qualifications and Skills

1.            This role will require a highly motivated individual with strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections in a face-to-face consultative environment.

2.            Is a quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the client’s needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.

3.            Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working relationships with clients and other team members.

4.            Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward.

5.            Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.

6.            Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

Salary

1.            Hourly plus bonus

2.            Performance Based Commissions

Available Schedules

1.            Monday through Friday

Experience

1.            High School Diploma (required)

2.            Medical Assistant, Kinesiology/other health science degrees a plus

3.            Experience with one-on-one consultative selling in industries such as health club/fitness, plastic or cosmetic surgery, or other professional settings is considered a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on qualifications

Benefits: free services

Schedule:

1.            4 hour shift

2.            Day or evening shift

3.            Monday to Friday
