Overview:
A local not-for-profit senior care community is currently seeking a skilled Receptionist / Switchboard Operator. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient in clerical and administrative tasks. This is a temporary role. Must be available Monday - Friday from 7am - 3pm for your first week of training.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm

This temporary assignment is anticipated to last at least 6 weeks.

Duties:

- Operate a multi-line switchboard system efficiently
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Greet residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform all front desk responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Must be able to pass a level two background test and drug screen


Skills:


- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Strong clerical skills for handling paperwork and office tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of basic administrative functions
- Experience with front desk operations and phone systems (required)
