We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-4 years of experience to join our civil litigation practice, consisting primarily of insurance defense, business litigation and personal injury. Experience in litigation and insurance defense is helpful but not required.

The ideal candidate would be capable of performing all aspects of civil litigation cases, including preparing discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing for and conducting trial, or a desire to learn all of the above. The position comes with a unique opportunity to also work in intellectual property.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
  • Bar admission in California and in good standing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Base Salary Range: $75,000 to $135,000 annually, with benefits and bonus opportunities. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors.
