Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic multi-tasker to join our 5-Star Rated Team No insurance background required. Responsibilities
  • Greet our customers with a warm smile and make them feel welcome and appreciated
  • Provide service for basic tasks such as payments and document requests
  • Direct the traffic of incoming communication and connect the customer need with the appropriate associate
  • Assist our Team Members with general office tasks such as mailing, faxing, and contacting customers to verify information
